How billing and refunds work for clients of Woolf IT Solutions LLC.

1. Scope

This policy describes how billing and refunds work for clients of Woolf IT Solutions LLC. The Site itself does not sell products or take payments online.

2. Managed-service plans

Ongoing managed-service plans are billed on the agreed monthly schedule and cover the services described in your written agreement. You can change or cancel future months per the notice terms in that agreement.

3. Project and hardware work

Project and hardware work is quoted and approved in advance. Hardware and third-party licenses, once purchased on your behalf, are generally non-refundable because we acquire them from suppliers specifically for you.

4. If something is not right

If you believe an invoice is incorrect or you are not satisfied with work performed, contact us within 14 days at kevin@woolfitsolutions.com. We will review it with you in good faith and make it right where appropriate.

5. Local service
