Accessibility

Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use woolfitsolutions.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, screen magnification, or high zoom. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

How the site is checked

Every public page, the chat and the forms were last tested on the date above, at phone and desktop sizes. The testing covers:

• An automated WCAG 2.2 AA scan of every page (axe-core).
• Using the whole site with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring on every control.
• Zoom to 400%, with nothing cut off and no sideways scrolling.
• Text over photographs, measured against the pixels actually behind it.
• Form labels, error messages and chat replies, checked for what a screen reader announces.
• The reduced motion setting on phones and computers, which the site follows.

Known limitations

• The referral flyers on the Spectrum partner page are also offered as PDF files for printing. Those PDF files are not tagged for screen readers yet. Every word in them is on the page itself as text.
• The contact, assessment and chat forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. It usually runs without asking anything. If it ever asks you to prove you are human and you cannot, call or email instead.
• Insights posts link to news stories on other websites, which we do not control.
